Street furniture Münster – 2008

The new street furniture design will be characterized by rolling lines – (in) an interplay of concave-convex-concave elements. Its basic shape hearkens back to the baroque buildings by the court architect Johann Conrad Schlaun, which impart the typical traits of the cityscape.

Borrowed from the typical city image, the street furniture receive a dark-red or clinker red colour. This colouring strengthens the delicate draft and integrates the several designs of the series in the existent colouring of the city Muenster.
